Good interview. Role play situations where everybody got involved. Well organised group interview. I enjoyed the process, everyone was nice and they tried to put us at ease. I've got the job.

I applied online and received an email. If I remember correctly, I believe I had a phone call to confirm the time and date. The interview was casual, I was just asked a series of questions which is asked on your application. I was then taken to the shop floor and asked to point out things that are wrong and things that are good on the shop floor. That was all, it was pointless and I feel the they already had picked someone for the role and basically wasted my time.
