The overall experience during the hiring process was good, with friendly employees and a clear interview process of two stages with HR and manager. However, I was disappointed with the initial lowball offer for my wage and there was no room for negotiation. On the positive side, the benefits package was decent with group insurance, potential for a company car, remote-work bonus and more. The job description provided during the first interview was somewhat vague, but they do offer internal courses for professional development.
