Basic screening call, then face to face interview. There is such a high turnover of staff that they will hire literally any body, even if you don't have qualifications you still have a good chance to get in.

HR didn't provide any results about the interview. Assessment. Interview and plant tour. Assessment about electrical circuits and mechanical gears. Overall easy. It's been more than 3 weeks since my interview. There has been no update. No reply to the follow up mails as well.
