Terrible interview process. I made it through the initial phone screen, as well as the interview with the hiring manager. I was a good fit for more than one role at the company and interviewed for both. I ultimately went for the digital role. I made it through to the practicum or case scenario phase, submitted my work, and was told, after having to reach out to them more than a week after I had submitted the assignment, that they had received my work, that I was still in consideration for the role, and that they would reach out to me at the end of the week. Several weeks later, after hearing nothing from them, I reached out to see if everything was okay, and I once again was told that they were still completing interviews and that they'd be reaching out with next steps. That was over a month ago, and I never received anything. I went on and applied for and accepted a role elsewhere. But the interview process was very unprofessional and all over the place. I never received any sort of feedback regarding the work I spent an entire designing for the role, and I never received an update regarding where I was in the process. Just as employer's don't want their time wasted, candidates don't want their time wasted either. Needless to say, I would never consider a role here again. Nor will I be recommending anyone to interview here. This experience left a really bad taste in my mouth, and I feel like I wasted a ton of valuable time designing and putting out some of my best work just to be given the run-around. Please do better.
