Pretty smooth overall. An initial one way video interview (a bit strange and impersonal but not too bad). Panel interview with SME managers (software, mechanical etc). Panel interviewers seemed a bit inexperienced (or perhaps communication was not their strong suit) but hiring manager moved the process along. Although it took a little longer to get response, hiring manager frequently communicated status. Did not interview with any peers which was also a bit unusual.
