First conversation with HR manager then followed up by hiring manager. Everyone was nice and aligned on the need, role description, and candidates desired. Video interview as very conversational and I closed hard. Did not get role - no clear feedback given.

The interview process was long and drawn out. Communication was terrible and inconsistent between recruiters and people interviewing. Every time there was a deadline that they set, they always went past it, sometimes by multiple weeks.
