Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience After submitting my application and completing the initial interview stage, I was expecting some form of feedback, whether positive or constructive. Instead, I received a generic rejection email from the hiring manager, with no specific reasons provided as to why my application was declined. There was no acknowledgment of my qualifications or the effort I put into preparing for the interview. It felt as though my application was not properly reviewed or considered, and that I was dismissed without any fair evaluation. This lack of communication and transparency left me with a sense of frustration. As a candidate, I would have appreciated more insight into what went wrong or where I might improve for future opportunities. A more personalized response, even if the decision was ultimately a rejection, would have been greatly appreciated and would have reflected better on the company's professionalism. Overall, this experience has been discouraging, and I am left with a negative impression of the hiring process at Scalex Media. Clearer communication and a more thorough, respectful approach would go a long way in fostering a better candidate experience.
