I went through were several phone interviews and one extensive in-person interview including giving two presentations. Both on the phone and in person, they asked technical questions relating to protection and the experiences I listed on my resume. The interviewers are very interested in finding the limits of your knowledge so they will ask questions until you admit that you do not know the answer. In addition, they will be evaluating your ability to critically think through problems that you do not immediately know how to solve.

Straight forward HR round followed by second Technical Round followed by last Presentation round with tech round and if selected you get an offer Prepare well with resume and basics of power system protection if you are protection domain.
