What would be the progression process of performance management to achieve goals or remove associate from company?

When I was initially hired there was not much of a training program. A few basics and I was on my own.

I was hired when they created the positon, so I was brought on with 100 others. The process took over 1 month. The 1st interview was a web recorded interview. I then had 2 skpye interviews and one face to face.
