Great interview process. An application filled online and after qualifying questions you are able to set an appointment for an initial interview online. It even gives you multiple times to choose from (if you pass the qualification questions). If you do not get to this point you already know they will not contact you. Once you are in the interview, HR is very professional and is truly interested in your experience from your point of view, not just whether or not you can fill the need.

So I applied online yesterday, got the email from a recruiter within 20 minutes of finishing my ap process, and had my interview today. Sat down with the manager for about half an hour and he pulled a few associates from my department into the meeting. Very casual, very informative and discussed pretty much everything from hours to commission rates. Left the store and before I got home (about 10 mins away) I got an email with a job offer. Don't know what many of you folks had issues with, but this is starting out very well indeed!
