Site Supervisor - the HR reps ask you questions and then pass the information off to the account manager/branch manager and he makes the decision. In all honesty, once you reach site supervisor and up from there it's more of the buddy system. If you're a buddy you get it.

Fairly easy but I have a military background which helped me out a lot. Hired me on the spot after finding out I was in the military. Only asked me a handful of common interview questions.

Extremely transparent, and honest. The Guard License training was taught by ab expert and questions/class participation was mandatory. I learned amazing, practical things even though I did not complete the full training.
