The interview was via an assessment centre. Very smoothly run. Had pre-interview personality questionnaire, on the day there was a stressor computer questionnaire, and a structured interview with two people. Seemed to be well organised, and one question both myself and another candidate asked was about feedback. Interviews seemed to have gone well, but ultimately didn't get the position. Asked numerous times for the feedback bit nothing from Securitas. Not impressed with post interview process, and makes me wonder what it would be like to actually work there!!!!!
