Easy, come prepared. With documents, dress accordingly. Have good customer service skills. Easy process , might wait couple hours before being scene. Everything is on a computer, then you'll see a manager for interview
The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company
