Behavioral - "Tell me about a time"....... There was a phone interview and then I came in for an in-person interview with 2 people. They asked back to back questions and alternated taking turns. It was very comfortable and they were nice and friendly. They even gave feedback after each answer. "Very good" "Perfect" They made me feel confident that I was killing the interview so my answers were focused and natural.
