There are two parts to the interview process: 1) Telephone screen and 2) In-person. The in person interview was terrible in terms of the interviewer's behaviour. The interviewer was late and kept answering phone calls and email during the interview. The interviewer was pleasant but extremely distracted and unorganized. Needless to say, the interviewer was ill-prepared for the interview.
