Met with the Manager of Corporate Recruitment from HR first. Learned about Select Medical's values and mission and the company as a whole. She then called over the hiring manager who told me about the specific position I was applying for and the team that I would be working with.

I originally went through a temporary agency- PeopleShare in Camp Hill (Amazing, by the way!). The interview with Select Medical was comfortable, but extremely professional. They spoke to me like an equal, and they didn't try to intimidate me. Very friendly, and extremely honest. Although it certainly was not the easiest interview I've gone through, it has definitely proven to be worth it!
