Entrevista
The first interview was an informational, more casual chat with the HR person. The second interview included a sales call simulation (received a pdf with information before and had time to prepare) with the HR person and team leader.

What makes a good sales person?
You are escorted through the premises. You are then invited to answer some basic interview questions.
Questions such as:
'what brings you to Madrid'
'what are your strengths'
'what are your weaknesses'
If successful, you should receive a job offer.
Overall it is quite a simple interview
