The whole process was 3 weeks long - from the first call to the final result. There was no call before the meeting (except call with the invitation), the interview was placed at their office. Conversation with reviewers was really good, we have started with the company and my experience description. There were no typical questions about the theory of Scrum or management - all of them were case studies.
