I applied online via linkedin, had a phone screening with a recruiter about a week or 2 later, then was contacted for presentation interview held a couple weeks out. 2 hour interview with presentation/questions.

You have the opportunity to talk to several different employees in different roles. You hear about company culture, the role and expectations. I had to build a presentation and present it at the beginning, which was a little intimidating as you aren't sure what you're getting into. The second half of the interview was more standard and relaxed.
