It was a positive experience, never felt anxious or intimated. They have a screening process as apart of their interview process, they ask more about your goals. Then there's an interview, it was online with the training manager and supervisor rather than the HR Coordinators. There was 2 more questions asked for the interview but I believe I answered them when I told them about my experience, or I forgot. Besides the questions they have you present a 5 minute PP presentation on whatever you want to test your public speaking skills.
