The first one was HR interview, followed by user interview and demo teaching (by adapting the lesson plan they shared using their materials and content). If you are accepted, they will give you conditional offer. Unfortunately, in my experience, the HR was really unprofessional. She was 5 minutes late to the meeting room and there was no apology for showing up late. She also turned off her camera the whole time, citing bad signal in her office causing her unable to open her cam. After a week without any news, they suddenly invite me to a demo teaching (apparently combined with user interview but they failed to mention it in their email). Not to mention that they forgot to change the previous candidate's name from my invitation, showing how they "reuse and recycle" the template. After discussing the schedule for demo teaching and user interview, at the next day, they asked for another reschedule as they apparently forgot they are supposed to have an internal meeting on the day of my second interview. Sorry I can't keep up with them anymore and just decided to drop the recruitment process altogether. Better to save my energy for something else.
