Not recommended. It cost me my self-confidence. The HR tried to make me feel I am average and I barely qualified the round after every round, even though I performed really well. The assignment details felt like a joke. There is no proper document explaining details of assignment, it was a simple email with API end point and couple of lines of details. In one of interviews, the interviewer indirectly told me that I am not as good as their engineers and my expectation is too high. They haven't offered even half the compensation of my expectation. And they tried to convince me to take the offer. I felt a lot of toxicity in each of interview rounds and feedback. The compensation is also very low. So rejected the offer right away. I was slightly depressed and lost self-confidence because of them. I couldn't restore myself until I've interviewed and got offered positions from multiple Unicorn startups after this.
