The interview process with Shaping Cloud is performed in two stages and was managed professionally. Everything was organised well and in the situations where they had to re-schedule, I was given plenty of notice and asked what dates / times worked for me. With it being my first interview in over 9 years, I was nervous, but the Talent Manager Lottie Clavin was compassionate informative and helped ease those nerves. In the build up to the interviews, all conversations were by telephone and followed up by email and it was easy to communicate with Lottie to arrange things, as you are provided with a direct telephone number. During the interviews themselves everyone was friendly and I could tell from the atmosphere, what was discussed and how happy everyone appeared that Shaping Cloud would be a fantastic company to work for. There were some great questions asked and I was given a lot of information about the role and the company, and I could tell that they were really interested to learn about me and my experience. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend Shaping Cloud as a prospective employer and give high praise to their interview process. Throughout the entire process everyone was exceptionally professional and friendly and it is exactly the type of interview process I could have hoped for.
