I had privilege to speak with recruiter, CIO and then peers of the position. The first 2 went smooth as discussions. CIO really like my profile and conversation. During conversation with 2 other VP's who would be peer to this position all I heard were how situation is and chaos. During the time one of them took 90 mins instead of 45 as agreed. The overall process was pleasant. However the worst part was ghosting after that. I did not receive any information after 3rd round of interviews after couple of requests.
