Attended a online technical program test via Codility. You can take a demo session before taking the actual test. After clearing this round we will have a technical round and a final HR round

Entrevista
One of the worst managerial interview that I had in my entire IT experience.
The interview or cess consists to f 3 rounds. 1. Online codility test 2. Professional interview( technical) 3. Structural interview( managerial).
I have waited for almost 2 months for this entire interview process. I did well in the online codility and the technical interview. Then they told me attend the structural interview.
Belive me this round was a complete waste of time. Intead of analysing how good the candidate is in terms of his technical and behavioral aspects, the managers asks questions which are totally irrelevant. I was totally shocked to see how can such a large company have these of of managers.
Before this I had couple of offers and after completion of the all the three rounds, I got a mail saying I was not selected and the funny part is my scores were not upto the mark in structural interview itseems.
There is way where all the managers from different company evaluates the candidates.
I belive managers in this company doesn't know how to evaluate a candidate.
Please if some one attending this company make sure you wait until all the rounds has been completed. They don't see how good ur are in the technical aspects.
It seems funny to reject a candidate in structural interview based on some of the irrelevant questions.
For the management, please don't waste the precious time of the candidates.
