Capacity is based on youe analytical and critical thinking, which will mainly be tested at Online Tests and also SRD. Achievement and Relationships are mainly tested during phone interview. At this stage, you are required to sell yourself as much as possible. The good tip to pass SRD is to get enough sleep. Period.
Consisted of a job insights video interview assessment with a mixture of both competency and strength based questions. This takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Involves the typical video interview questions such as “Why this company?” Or “why this role?”
