Entrevista
You have to apply online and take an above-average difficulty IQ test. Starts off with a telephone call. Once you pass that, they invite you to the office for an interview, which is purely anecdotal and does not test any technical skill. Once you make it through the face-to-face interview, they'll invite you to the Shell Recruitment Day. This is basically a day-long recruitment process, which consists of four segments: an IQ test, a personal interview, an individual case study round, and a group case study round.
Virtual Job Tryout and on-demand video interview (ODVI) using Hirevue. The ODVI was consisted of 3 questions (why shell, different opinion with team, ask for feedback). You can repeat the recording answer many times

Great interview, interactive, interesting, inclusive. The HRs are professional and responsive. I finally secured an offer but I did not accept the offer eventually but I respect the company so much.
