Met with multiple people during the process, each individually. Being that I put in a few hours of my time to interview and was always transparent and amenable while trying to schedule interviews, I find it insulting to have ultimately been ghosted by the recruiter. If you are not interested, a simple email or phone call, is just respect. Not a big deal, someone else was a better fit. But to ghost is just unprofessional, rude and speaks to how someone who works at the company will be treated. The same respect I gave this company while interviewing for their position is not asking much
