I applied for the Graphic Designer position with Shift ONE Digital some time ago and received an email from them a few days later. In a few follow-up email conversions, I was told I would get a probation period and then get a chance for full employment, which sounded great. After that, they provided me with a trial task and a due date. I completed the trial task before the due date and send it back to them. After this, I did not hear back from them again. This was very disappointing since they mentioned salary and probation and then just took my trial and ghosted me, although everyone seemed nice and kind at first. I was really looking forward to this opportunity.
