Initial phone interview with HR representative 1 month after applying. An in-person interview was scheduled 2-3 weeks later with the supervisor of the position. Standard interview questions. A final in-person interview was scheduled 2-3 weeks later with the director and two would-be coworkers. This included a 15-minute practical with a current patient/client. The total time from application to decision was ~3 months.
