Comfortable and very calm. They don't make you feel nervous. It was 2 nurse managers and they just will read down your resume and asks questions about what is on there. Will ask if you are currently working and what you do.

Really quick phone process. HR is nice and easy going. No flexibility on pay regardless of experience and degrees due to "culture of equity." Was told HR would follow up with me, but I had to follow up with them a couple weeks later.
