Had brief phone interview with director of department, very friendly. was contacted later by HR to schedule a second in person interview at RIC/CBM. They offered to let me make travel arrangments, I declined, and they had a travel agency set up arrangements for travel. I had a good day interviewing with various people in the CBM (centers for bionic medicine). There was no time scheduled for lunch, however. All the people I met with were very cordial and professional. Some a bit less personable than others, but overall cordial and friendly. The RIC payed for travel out there and reimbursed local travel and food expenses. I recieved an email about 2-3 weeks after the second interview informing me that I had not been selected for the position.
