Disorganized time wasters. Went radio silent for a couple weeks between phone screens. One of the interviewers struggled to get his environment working. Ended up sending me a lowball offer. Easy peasy interview questions. They’re selecting for inexperienced engineers with their format even though their job listings demand overqualified. They don’t know how to scale their production environment and are now hiring B or C players. I wish I could watch a TV show version of what they’re about to go through.
