Entrevista
The process was efficient and smooth. The HR team is nice and welcoming.
Stage 1: Screening interview by HR (10 mins)
Stage 2: Phone interview with HR (~ 30 mins)
Stage 3: Take-home case study (3 days prep time)
Stage 4: Video interview with Team Manager ( 1hour)
Stage 5: Video interview with Team Head (only lasted for 20 mins)
I made it to the final round. They provided feedback pretty fast. The process was smooth.
However, I feel like what the others have said about their working culture was true. The manager appeared to be quite tired. The team head was quite impatient especially when he found out that I knew little technical knowledge, but I still passed the previous rounds with satisfactory feedback. Therefore, I am a little confused on what they are actually looking for. If they are looking for people with technical knowledge, I don't have any programming/ coding skills, and I made that clear in the previous rounds. I am not sure why they moved forward with my application in the first place then.
