The hiring manager guide through all processes with care and also provide me feedback after the interview which is very important for my next interview improvement. Also she is always approachable whenever I have questions regarding the role and the interview. I was not left in the dark during the interview process.

Entrevista
There are 2 stages of interview, first with HR and the second one with User/Direct report. The recruiter ask for typical HR interview, and for User interview it is more technical related to the job role. The interview overall took 3 weeks.

It was through a hiring bazaar. It was a walk-in-interview. It took a while before I was called because there were so many people. They said they would call me, but they never contacted me again after.

Entrevista
I applied for Shopee through email since I was unable to pass the GLP exam. The process was fairly simple (and fast) and the recruitment officers respond really quickly. The first part was an initial phone call from a recruitment officer. He suggested a role I'd be a good fit for, before emailing a take-home exam. The exam was checked by the head of the team I applied for. Upon passing the exam, I went through 2 more rounds of interviews before I got the result.
