First interview was just a conversation between friends over Skype. I spoke more about how much I LOVED the team I worked with at a position I held previous to my last position, and about my own entrepreneurial pursuits than I did speaking about my previous experience and technical qualifications. I was lucky enough to move to the next phase and I ran "The Gauntlet". Aptly named, this part of the interview involves role-playing as a Guru. It was challenging but fun, and gives you a chance to experience what it feels like to be a Guru. If you get an interview, just be yourself; trust me, you're awesome.

The first Interview was on phone interview. I did not pass through to next stage of the process, which was an online test. After that would be another formal interview.
