Unethical and lousy process. No commitment and disrespectful. It was brief interview process twice over phone. First with Recruiting manager, another for Technical expertise. Asked me pretty simple questions on AutoLayout, CocoaPods and so on and after that I have to share my coding knowledge on codeshare in Agile environment. Everything went good, during coding challenge, I even cracked up formula and made them understand what I am trying to do. He was pleased and told me about their team of 7 members and how they work in agile environment and even appreciated me. I have been told not to write code as they are running out of time, so I just wrote main function. But suddenly when I asked questions they stop answering them and started showing no interest in talking to me and few of the questions went unanswered. I was very hopeful that this might be it. But still got rejected.
