Bizarre. Felt more like a psychological exam. They were not all that concerned about my work history but wanted to know a whole lot about my personal life. I was made to take several tests, personality, and then mathematical. Really hard math. They are also religious as a group, events were described to me that included group prayer. The offices are really nice. The hiring manager was very professional and responsive. An offer was made but at 25% less than market standard. The next company I interviewed with offered me 10% over.
