I applied to SimplePractice via their website at the end of April. I first had a very laid back 30 minute call with a recruiter. It was great conversation and she was extremely relatable. I got an overall idea of the position, salary range and benefits offered. Later that day I received an email to schedule a time with the hiring manager. This was scheduled via video chat for the following week. She was also great to talk to, extremely knowledgeable about the company, industry and team she managed. The company seems like an amazing place to work, unfortunately I definitely let nerves get the best of me during this call. The overall interview processes was average, and quick with responses in a timely manner. Everyone I dpoke with was friendly and they knew exactly what type of person they were looking for to fill this role.
