The account team were professional and responsive, which made the rest of the process all the more disappointing.
During the HR round, what was supposingly as a compensation discussion turned into an interrogation. Rather than a genuine two-way conversation, it felt like being made to justify my worth to someone who had clearly not bothered to read my CV or portfolio beforehand. The interviewer was openly skeptical that my experience matched the pay band, repeatedly demanded for me to justify my experience with proof when she didn't even read my resume or portfolio. She did not even seem familiarise with the role I had applied for. Worst of all, the whole interaction felt insincere. Both on the call and over messages, the engagement came across as scripted and going through the motions rather than any real interest in me as a candidate. There was also a personal remark that felt unprofessional and out of place. It left the impression of a recruiter more interested in filling a seat than in the person in front of them.
The offer was just less than 10 days of annual leave a year. For a supposedly senior role that is frankly insulting.

Simple interview process with basic behavioural questions and a relatively easy technical test; shouldn't be a problem as long as you're regularly interviewing. Probably in a growth phase currently, by my judgment.

2 stage interview. HR interview first, followed by technical interview. Prior to technical interview, you will be tasked to build a simple bot (game) using UiPath and create some slides to explain your bot during the technical interview.
