Based on the reviews, there seems to be a blatantly toxic workplace culture that has not changed. The interview for an HR role confirmed this and I would recommend future applicants to reconsider before moving forward with this company. The phone screen was not sufficient and was conducted by someone who does not have an HR background. Although this company is new with a smaller amount of employees, the current workforce there is clearly unhappy. The vibe of this interview confirms my suspicions about this workplace.
