Since General Managers changed over the interview process has changed since I started working at Champp's. I do know that she tends to care about hosts, servers or bartenders following corporate policies and being entertaining to customers.

This is a sinking ship. Find a better place to work. They also have really strange policies when it comes to letting people sit outside while every other restraurant just lets them.
