Since we have multiple programs in our department, if someone from Program X gives you a project and someone from Program Y gives you a project, will you be able to juggle both projects effectively? At what point will you let us know you're overworked?

As a college student, I have extensive experience with multitasking and balancing projects, so I feel I should be able to do it well. I'll ask for a deadline when given a project, and if it sounds like it might not be done in time, I'll mention that I might need a few more days to finish because of other work.
