Interviewees meet with a coordinator for a quick in-person interview. This coordinator is your contact person and resource as a sitter. She asks you behavioral-type questions regarding scenarios that might come up during your childcare experience and gives you instructions on what to wear. You will have occasional follow-up meetings with her to encourage professional development and discuss reviews.
