Round 2,3 or 2,3,4 :more technical to test skill and assess calibre they even try to pin with personal questions. Round 4 or 5: telephonic personal HR mostly successful. Just asks about your interest in the job.6 people were offered internship from them with 20k/month (taxes are not removed yet)
