1. Intro call I had a scheduled intro call with the recruiter. I joined the call a minute to the actual time but there was no one in the call. I waited for about 10 mins and no one was joining and I felt ghosted. I sent her an email, to which she replied that she was joining. She joined 15 mins later with claim she was at an appointment at the doctor. I felt like already failed because I felt not needed, respected and they already had found their candidate. 2. Take home tasks (coding) I did this and submitted. I did get feedback on the result for which I was not selected. I thank the team for the feedback, not many companies give feedback
