They had some kind of live "hiring event" on indeed where I did a video chat with one of their recruiters and then I was called by another recruiter later that asked a couple questions. Then they sent me an online timed technical assessment with some pretty easy multiple choice questions. Then the recruiter called me to schedule a "technical interview" with the trainer that was to be training their next "batch" of employees. It was a video call with 2 other people on the call with their cameras off who didn't say anything and weren't mentioned. Mostly asked about OOP because they view it a good indicator of someone's success in their program, not this position really had a whole lot to do with OOP. Afterwards the recruiter called me and said she was told my technical skills were good since I got the questions right but they didn't like my "soft skills" so they wanted me to redo the interview with someone else. It seemed a bit off to me when I realized that the second interview (this time labeled a "rescreener" on the teams invite) was literally just a different guy asking me the exact same questions the first guy asked me. The second guy seemed like he was in a bad mood too and was just rushing through the questions and ended it as soon as he could. I did ask him if I was still being considered for this job since the first interviewer didn't pass me and he couldn't give me a straight answer. Oh yeah and they say if you don't show up to your video call wearing a suit and tie they'll just end the call and fail you on the spot, yet the people you're speaking to aren't dressed business professional themselves. Needless to say they sent me an email 5 days later saying they didn't hire me which I'm glad about now since I got an offer to work directly for a local company, which seems a lot better than being treated as a resource which needs to be processed in a "batch" and sign a contract to move anywhere in the country they want for two years like some kind of indentured servant.

They provide a 20 hour course to study java and learn basic OOP coding concepts. They provide a basic test with java and javascript. Next, they conduct an in person interview to go over java, SQL, and basic coding concepts. If selected, they then give a few options for coding cohorts to train in.
