I applied through their career site, and I had to submit my details and answer some questions about my motivation and skills. Within a few days I had a phone interview (non-technical) with the Senior Backend Engineer who went through my application. After the phone call I received exercise in GO without time pressure. Mine went well and I was invited for a face to face interview with the Senior Backend engineer to discuss the results. I got also additional exercises in pair programming plus some technical questions. Short interview with CEO and general manager.
