It was very through. They gave you opportunity to speak to current employees and "interview" them. The training started almost in the interview. It lasted nearly two hours. It's a typical company. Customer service sucks and they do make sure you know what you are getting yourself into from the beginning.

Multi-step process beginning with a phone interview, then advancing through different groups where I also had the opportunity to meet with and ask questions of many in the organization. The process took 3 days, then we negotiated compensation.

Entrevista
I was interviewed in March of 2017, and have been at SASid ever since. The process began with a phone interview and then there were different members of different teams who sat down with me for conversations and questions. I think the process is thorough and it gave me a good feel for different people in different roles within the company.
