First you receive a coding challenge, which you are meant to solve within two hours. It is pretty simple. Afterwards there are 2 rounds of interviews, between 2-3 hours each. The first round is mostly about algorithms, whiteboard questions, as well as general questions about whatever languages and technologies you added in your CV. Second round was more specific to the role and with people you are going to work with. Most of the interviews were really interesting, particularly with the manager it was great, it seems he knows both about tech, business as well as machine learning. Most of the interviewers are chilled and let you have a discussion with them. However there is one interviewer that gave me tons of red flags: - He spent a long time talking to himself and writing on the whiteboard - He answered most of the questions himself and gave no chance to discussion - At some point there was a whiteboard question, when I tried to clear the board he got angry that I erased what he wrote at the beginning of the interview. - He took a picture of the whiteboard at the end of the interview, my first time ever to see someone doing this - It seems his communication skills were really poor I did not get an offer but I would had not taken it anyway, mostly because the troublesome interviewer would had been one of the team mates.
